In 2025 The Ray & Mary Knight Foundation began hosting an annual Cocktail Mixer to raise money for their charity partners. This event is held in early February and has a lively Valentine's Day theme. Guests at this party enjoy live music, a large range of Knight's signature foods, specialty cocktails, roaming appetizers and an amazing array of desserts!
