JUMBO SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Peeled and de-veined 13-15 per pound jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce, horseradish and lemon wedges

COLD SMOKED SALMON (LOX) - We recommend one fillet per 25-30 guests
House smoked, sliced thin and garnished with pumpernickel and rye bread, cream cheese, fresh dill, capers and red onion. Two week notice.

HOT SMOKED SALMON WITH A JAPANESE YUZU GLAZE - We recommend one fillet per 20-25 guests
Crowd favorite! Fresh Atlantic Salmon hot smoked on site then finished with our Japanese maple yuzu glaze. Served cold with crackers or bread of your choice. Two week notice.

BASIL & TOMATO CROSTINI - Serves 15-20
French bread roasted with olive oil, ripe tomato, basil and melted mozzarella cheese. Vegetarian option

BARBECUED MEATBALLS (minimum 5 pounds)
Cooked and served in our house blend barbecue sauce.

SWEDISH MEATBALLS (minimum 5 pounds)
Cooked and served in a cream based sherry mushroom sauce, finished with sour cream.

CAPRESE SKEWERS - Serves 15-20
Skewers of cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & fresh basil, drizzled with a balsamic reduction.

WING DINGS
Large meaty wings served plain, buffalo style or with barbecue sauce for dipping.

CAJUN PRIME RIB BITES - Serves 15-20
Tender bites of prime rib sautéed with peppers and onions and cajun spices then finished in a pan with heavy cream. Served with toast points or Knight's rolls
