Regulars tell how Knight’s makes a difference for diners in a difficult time

We’ve heard so much heartfelt appreciation from loyal diners grateful that we’ve continued to safely provide our same great food and drink during COVID-19. Though few words of thanks have touched us more deeply than the letter we recently received from Brian and Sharon Bell of the Jackson area.

Over the years, the Bells had occasionally enjoyed our Ann Arbor restaurants, and they became regulars with the opening of Knight’s Steakhouse & Grill in Jackson in 2001. The Bells’ patronage hasn’t stopped with the pandemic.

“Brian’s health is now compromised,” wrote Sharon, “so we’re still not venturing out. Though Knight’s takeout has become one of our staples. You’re doing a tremendous job with that too. Not a week goes by without meals from Knight’s.”

The Bells watch The Bart Hawley Show, Jackson’s popular weekday program of community news, on local cable channel JTV, also shown online. Recently, JTV has provided daily updates on the coronavirus. Bart hosted an area doctor who advised on the safe return to restaurants. “She had dined at Knight’s in Jackson,” Sharon wrote, “and she assured that she has no fear going there. (Knight’s is) following every protocol. They’re doing an excellent job.” (Review our health and safety precautions.)

The Bells also wished to thank the Summit Township Fire Department for emergency calls to their home so they arranged to have Knight’s meals delivered to the fine crew at the station. “We just can’t say enough good things about Knight’s,” the Bells wrote.

What a coincidence: We just can’t say enough good things about Brian and Sharon Bell!
